Summer Fall Lifting and Practice Schedule begins July 9th

Attached is a copy of the summer schedule for lifting and conditioning that begins on July 9th at Kentwood High School. The weight training is offered 4 days per week (2 different session times to chose from) and 2 days per week, running is also part of the schedule.

The August Schedule is included with the attachment. This information is also on the home page under upcoming events

Just a reminder that All incoming Freshman need to have a sports physical dated after June 1st, 2018 and all current players need to get a sports physical every 2 years.
